Salt of the Sirens

Make it a little Greek mythology and a lot of drama.⁠

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz whiskey - A Midwinter Nights Dram⁠

• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice⁠

• 0.5 oz orange juice⁠

• 0.25 oz lemon juice⁠

• Prosecco or soda water, to top⁠

• Pink sea salt (half rim)⁠

Instructions

• Half-rim glass with pink sea salt.⁠

• Shake whiskey, grapefruit, orange & lemon with ice.⁠

• Strain into glass.⁠

• Top with Prosecco or soda water.⁠
