Savory, chilled, polite until it’s not. Bloody Mary energy without the mess.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tito’s vodka (extra cold)⁠

  • 2 oz tomato water or Clamato⁠

  • ½ oz dry vermouth⁠

  • ½ oz lemon juice⁠

  • 1 dash orange bitters⁠

  • Tiny pinch celery salt⁠

  • Optional: 1 drop olive brine (trust us)⁠

Instructions

  • Stir all ingredients with lots of ice until icy cold.⁠

  • Strain into a chilled coupe.⁠

  • Express a lemon twist over the top; discard or rest on rim.⁠

  • Garnish⁠ with Ribbon of celery stick⁠ or Micro basil leaf⁠

Mocktail Recipe

  • 2 oz tomato water or Clamato⁠

  • 2 oz cold sparkling water⁠

  • ½ oz lemon juice⁠

  • 1 dash orange bitters (NA if needed)⁠

  • Tiny pinch celery salt⁠

  • Optional: 1–2 drops olive brine⁠
