2 oz titos vodka (or gin) @titosvodka
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz orange liqueur (triple sec or Cointreau)
0.5 oz passionfruit or pineapple juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz aquafaba for the whipped foam topping
Rim: large chunk Himalayan pink sea salt
Garnish: lime or lemon wheel + mint sprig, tucked into the foam
